Blueberry burst smoothie
Ingredients
half a handful of walnuts
a handful of kale
2 tsp of honey
1 low fat yogurt
3/4 cup of blueberries
ice (optional)
Method
Blend them all together until the texture is smooth, add more honey for extra sweetness.
Note:
You can replace yogurt with fresh juice water or coconut water.
Spinach vs Banana smoothie
Ingredients
half a handful of walnuts
1/2 cup of fresh spinach
a cup of coconut water
1 banana
4 slices of Ginger
ice (optional)
Method
Blend all together until smooth!

half an avocado
a cup of coconut water
2 tsp of honey
half of a grape fruit
half a handful of walnuts
ice (optional)
